Nose of violets,
sweet clover, damp earth sweet kalamata olives.
Big tannins, full of cherries, rich baker's
chocolate, coffee, minerals all the way through
the finish. Excellent for ribs and barbeque
pork loin.
Fermentation: Barrel fermented
for 15 months in new and used French oak
barrels
Blend: 35% Cabernet Franc,
25% Cab. Sauv., 15% Sangiovese, 10% Merlot,
10% Syrah, 5% Barbera
