2005 WHITE TABLE WINE

This crisp, refreshing wine is perfect for enjoying the warm sunshine or an aperitif. Enjoy chilled to compliment risotto, scallops, or crab salad.

The nose: Aromas of Bartlett pear and starfruit.

The mouth: grapefruit zest and cinnamon compliment the round viscous mouthfeel, wet stone and a hint of toasty oak on the long finish.

Fermentation: 25% Barrel fermentation in 2-3 year old French oak barrels and 75% fermentation in Stainless Steel. Aged in barrels for 7 months.

Blend: 75% Chardonnay, 7% Riesling, 5% Orange Muscat, 5% Muscat Ottonel, 4% Viognier, 4% Roussanne.
